In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (\u201cGDPR<\/strong>\u201d), we hereby inform users regarding certain processing of personal data connected with the use of this website, for which Officine Meccaniche Sarimi Srl (the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d) is the data controller.


A. Purposes and legal basis of the processing<\/strong>
The Company will collect the personal data that you voluntarily include in communications sent via the email addresses or telephone numbers listed on the website, as well as via the \u201cContact Us\u201d section, and addressed to the Company itself.<\/p>\n

Legal basis:<\/u> the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to users’ requests (Art. 6 c.1 lett. f of the GDPR).<\/p>\n

B. Compulsory or optional nature of providing dataThe provision of data may be necessary for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, and a refusal to provide such data may prevent the Company from responding to your request.<\/p>\n

Personal data may be made available to other companies within the Amico Group, of which the Company is a part, where necessary in order to respond to the user\u2019s request.<\/p>\n

Personal data will be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the request. If the request comes from a customer of the Company, the data will instead be kept even after the termination of the contractual relationship between the Company and that customer, taking into account the statute of limitations prescribed by law.<\/p>\n
