RO-RO – Flap

For the construction of a new tilting ramp flap on an RO-RO vessel, we manufactured the component in accordance with the shipowner’s technical specifications. After the technical drawings and cutting nestings were completed, the flap was fabricated and certified prior to onboard installation.

Ferry – Renewal of Stern Ramp Hinges & Replacement of Vehicle Ramp Plating

After securing the 30-ton stern ramp, we removed and replaced all hinges, then performed line-boring to ensure alignment. Following ultrasonic thickness inspections, the ramp plating was also replaced. As the vessel remained alongside during the operation, suspended scaffolding systems were installed with the support of affiliated contractors.
Stainless steel railing

The client requested a 3D scan of the installation area. We then developed 3D construction drawings and cutting nestings, assembled all components in our workshop, and completed final installation onsite. Final finishing operations allowed carpenters to install wooden elements and leather handrails.
Swimming pool structure

Construction of a satin-finished stainless-steel structure for water-retaining glass panels.The glass wall was divided into modular sections with dedicated support columns and guides for crystal installation.The structure is completed with gaskets and guides, and is then embedded in place.
Corden steel drain gates

Production of custom corten steel drain grates for the garden of a villa in Genoa. The request called for cutting a number of sheets with a decorative pattern. Water-jet cutting technology allowed us to reproduce intricate decorative patterns without deforming the metal. The plates were fitted onto the supports with no further processing required.
Iron & Oak Staircase

For this private residence staircase, we developed a custom study to optimise the turning landing and ensure a comfortable step width. The wooden elements were supplied by a leading joinery company active in the yachting sector.
Stern rube repair

The shaft tube was replaced by removing the existing stern tube without opening the hull.A new stern tube with enhanced mechanical characteristics was supplied and installed. Special procedures were used to minimise deformation and maintain alignment and were finalised through line boring and the installation of aligned bushings using specialised resins.
New mast construction

As part of a major refit project, the client commissioned the removal of the existing mast and replacement with a newly fabricated 8-metre structure produced in our workshop. Installation required modification and reinforcement of the deck’s structural beams before final positioning onboard.
