Replacement of Stabiliser Fins, Elevator Installation & New Outdoor Pool
The client requested the replacement of the stabiliser fins, installation of a new elevator, and construction of a new outdoor swimming pool.
Rather than replacing only the fins, we opted to build an entirely new block, including shell plating and the associated hydraulic system. This solution improved workflow efficiency by eliminating unnecessary handling between onboard and workshop operations.
The intervention required dismantling, lifting, and demolition of the old 20-ton block.
For the elevator installation, it was necessary to open and align all decks through complex cutting and demolition operations, followed by installation and welding of the new structure.
Regarding the swimming pool, the owner requested that the existing pool be replaced with a new model with different dimensions and specifications.
Following a structural analysis of the affected area, we designed and built a new deck section, integrating the necessary systems and accessories, as well as new wood and stainless-steel finishes
